Job Details: Job Location: Crystal Lake, IL - Crystal Lake, IL, Position Type: Part Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $21.35 - $21.35Hourly, Supported Living Assistant - Crystal Lake   The Supported Living Assistant provides support and service to clients who have intellectual disabilities living in their natural home environment. This part-time position consists of working 1:1 with an individual in their own home and community. Qualified persons will have own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a high school diploma.  Hours:  Part-Time: 25 hours/week. Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Shift Window: Afternoons and evenings. Note: Potential for occasional Saturday shifts.
