Job Details: Job Location: OHare CILA - Hoffman Estates, IL, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $21.35 - $21.35Hourly, Residential Counselor – O'Hare CILA A CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a group home style living arrangement for adults aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each. Location: Hoffman Estates, IL Hours: Full Time Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-9:30pm (35hrs) Pay: $21.35/hr + Paid Training!   Responsibilities: Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned. Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual’s use of community resources. Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping.
