In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their vehicle service needs and ensuring a seamless experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance, including diesel engine repair and brake repair.
