Job Details: Job Location: DemKota Ranch Beef - Aberdeen, SD, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Position Summary The recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization and assists in promoting a strong employment brand while ensuring a positive candidate experience through high, quality engagement.  The recruiter focuses primarily on filling hourly positions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing plans employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.  This includes traveling to US towns and cities that have been identified as potential sources of applicants (at minimum, once monthly). Efficiently and effectively fill open positions by defining needs, developing, and maintaining successful ongoing relationships with hiring managers. Develop recruiting material, including but not limited to job postings, flyers, and social media posts. Review applications to meet position requirements. Coordinate interview process assessing candidate qualifications via phone screens and interviews and provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers. Complete new hire paperwork accurately and make job offers for organization. Compose and mail rejection letters. Represent organization at Job Fairs. Perform other special projects as assigned. Qualifications: Qualifications One or more years of experience in Recruiting Experience in Beef industry a plus Employment law knowledge in the areas of employment, ADA, and FLSA Computer Skills – Microsoft Office, Internet, social media Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and communicate effectively with a variety of people at all levels and cultures Ability to synthesize information quickly and efficiently Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests to be eligible for employment Obeys company safety rules and exercise caution in all work activities Ability to travel to other locations and have valid driver’s license Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Bi-lingual required.  Spanish & English.
