We are hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) across the Fargo-Moorhead area to provide compassionate, one-on-one personal care right where our clients want to be, in their own homes. What you will do • Personal care and hygiene such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. • Help with mobility, activities of daily living (ADLs), meal preparation, and light housekeeping. • Provide memory care to clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, supporting them with patience through changes in mood and behavior. • Companionship and emotional support for seniors. • Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the care team. What we are looking for • HHA certification preferred. Hands-on caregiving experience is welcome. • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach clients. • A compassionate, dependable approach and strong communication.
