Essential Responsibilities Conducts research and development to create innovative solutions with a variety of tools and technologies. Prototype and test new ideas aimed at streamlining processes and becoming more efficient with day-to-day tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring implement innovations across the organization. Stay updated with the latest technological trends and advancements. Must Have Education: Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, etc.). Experience: Relevant coursework or project experience in engineering. Demonstrated technical skills and knowledge. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Passion for innovation and staying current with technological advancements. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; strong interpersonal skills.
