This is a meaningful opportunity to make a difference by supporting patients and families during some of life’s most important moments. Coverage Area: Serving King County patients and families throughout Bellevue, Bothell, Kenmore, Kirkland, Medina, Redmond, Sammamish, and Woodinville, WA. The Social Worker will provide a range of essential services to support the emotional, psychological, and social needs of patients and families receiving hospice and palliative care.
