Service Area This Home Health Physical Therapist position covers Oklahoma City and the surrounding metro, including Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Midwest City, Mustang, Guthrie, Choctaw, Wellston, Harrah, Piedmont, and Blanchard. We welcome PTs from outpatient, SNF, or inpatient backgrounds who are ready for more autonomy • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule and evaluations • A genuine passion for one-on-one, relationship-based patient care • Open to full time or part time.
