Responsibilities may include: • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene • Assist with transfers, repositioning, walking, and mobility • Take and record vital signs as required • Assist with meals and hydration • Answer call lights and respond to resident needs • Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff • Follow resident care plans and facility procedures • Maintain a clean and safe resident environment • Provide compassionate care while promoting dignity and independence • Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team What You Need • Active Wisconsin CNA certification – required • Must be at least 18 years old • Dependable and professional • Strong communication skills • Ability to safely perform the physical duties of a CNA position • Reliable transportation to assigned facilities Preferred: • 1+ year of CNA experience • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience • CPR certification Available Shifts We're hiring CNAs for: • Day shifts • Evening shifts • Night shifts • Weekends • PRN / On-call • Part-time schedules Additional hours and opportunities for full-time growth may be available based on your availability and facility needs.
