The ideal candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety while leading and supporting kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. • Ensure food preparation meets quality standards and health regulations. • Manage inventory and order kitchen supplies as needed. • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to the team. • Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency. • Monitor compliance with all food safety standards and regulations. Requirements • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or food service environment. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. • Availability to work flexible hours as needed. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Must pass a background check.
