Located on a beautiful 100-acre campus in Harleysville, our community offers a variety of living environments, including our Campus Center and Maplewood Estates Independent Living homes. As a Housekeeper, you'll help keep our community clean, comfortable, and welcoming for residents, families, visitors, and staff. Whether you're maintaining spaces in our Campus Center or helping keep our Independent Living areas looking their best, your work makes a difference in the place our residents call home. If you take pride in your work, enjoy creating clean and inviting spaces, and want to be part of a team that makes a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to meet you! ⏰ Your Schedule at a Glance Full-time, day shift Regular schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Weekend rotation: One weekend every four weeks Enjoy a consistent weekday routine while doing meaningful work in a welcoming senior living community! 🧽 What You'll Do Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, offices, bathrooms, and other assigned spaces. Vacuum, mop, dust, and care for floors, furniture, and surfaces. Empty trash and properly handle cleaning materials and soiled items. Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed. Follow safety, sanitation, and infection-prevention guidelines. Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products properly. Assist with laundry duties when scheduled, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens. Report maintenance concerns and potential safety hazards to your supervisor. Treat residents, families, visitors, and coworkers with kindness, courtesy, and respect. Protect residents' privacy, dignity, and personal belongings. Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout our community. 💚 What We're Looking For You'll be a great fit if you are: Dependable, punctual, and committed to doing a job well. Detail-oriented and take pride in keeping spaces clean and inviting. Comfortable working independently while contributing to a supportive team. Able to follow instructions and established cleaning and safety procedures. Comfortable with the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling. No housekeeping experience? That's okay!
