Why Us? • We have access the largest parts department in central VA - we're stocked and ready to go! • We promote from within • Training opportunities • Family-owned business • Voted Richmond Time's Dispatch Best Places to Work • 401k with company match • Medical, Dental, Eye, & Voluntary Benefits offered – 1st of the month following 60 days • Paid Holidays, 1 sick day per quarter, addition PTO after 1 year of service Responsibilities • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish • Deliver completed part orders to technician’s stall • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner • Converse effectively/efficiently regarding customer parts status • Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts • Keeping an organized work station • Ensuring inventory accuracy • Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers • Review shop request to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate • Provide high level service to both internal and external customers • Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock • Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention • Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit an emergency order, if necessary Compensation • 2 part pay system involving an hourly wage with a monthly commission. • Monthly challenges by the management team. Requirements: • Ability to push, pull, lift, carry 50 pounds • Ability to carry parts up and down stairs • Valid driver's license • Dealership or retail parts experience We are an equal opportunity employer.
