What You'll Do • Make outbound calls to internet leads and previous customers • Answer inbound calls professionally • Follow up with customers through phone, text, and email • Schedule appointments for our sales team • Confirm appointments • Respond quickly to new leads • Update customer information in our CRM • Build relationships with customers • Meet daily call, contact, and appointment goals • Work closely with the sales and management teams What We're Looking For We aren't looking for someone with years of automotive experience.
