The accounting clerk will provide accounting and clerical assistance to ensure accurate and timely processing of daily transactions. Responsibilities • Perform routine clerical accounting duties while adhering to established standards • Serve as a resource for the controllers • Reconcile cash drawers and deposit funds as needed. • Execute accurate reporting, filing, and database management in multiple systems • Process deals for new, used, and wholesale transactions • Process vehicle payoffs • Process basic accounting entries. Requirements Follow all attendance and punctuality standards with adherences to timekeeping standards by maintaining regular and predictable attendance. • Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area • Other duties as assigned
