Job Details: Job Location: Lopez - OKC - Oklahoma City, OK, Salary Range: $75000.00, To provide guidance, and leadership, to the technicians working within the maintenance department with primary responsibilities regarding the facilities portion of the maintenance department i.e.; Refrigeration, HVAC, Compressed Air, Waste Water, Water Supply, and other facilities related systems. Provide a resource for the Assistant Directors and Director of Maintenance Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Handle multiple projects and duties simultaneously Knowledge of multiple plant systems including but not limited to Refrigeration, Water, Wastewater, air, boiler, cryogenic, and mechanical processing systems in a USDA processing environment Ability to work with contractors, technicians, operations and office personnel Must be able to have good maintenance and manufacturing decision-making abilities in a timely fashion. Quick and effective decisions for repair of facilities and processing equipment to minimize downtime of processing operations Be computer literate with skills in MS Word, Excel, MP2 CMMS, and other PC programs relating to system operation and control. Knowledge of E-mail and Internet programs. Effective personnel and task scheduling. Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and procedures within a USDA inspected processing facility. Good communication skills, both orally and written.
