Teacher Aide – Job Description As a Teacher Aide, you will support the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities may include: • Assisting teachers with daily classroom activities • Supervising and supporting children during play and learning activities • Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom • Assisting children with daily routines and transitions • Supporting individual children with patience and encouragement • Preparing classroom materials and activities • Working cooperatively with teachers and other staff • Helping create a warm and positive experience for every child We’re Looking For Someone Who Is • Patient and caring • Responsible and dependable • Energetic and positive • Comfortable working with young children • A team player with good communication skills • Willing to learn and grow in a Montessori environment • Previous childcare or classroom experience is a plus No matter where you are in your career, if you have a genuine passion for working with children, we want to hear from you.
