What You’ll Do As a Teacher Aide, you will support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Your responsibilities may include: • Assisting teachers with daily classroom activities • Supervising and supporting children during play and learning activities • Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom • Assisting children with daily routines and transitions • Supporting individual children with patience and encouragement • Preparing classroom materials and activities • Working cooperatively with teachers and other staff • Helping create a warm and positive experience for every child Are You a Great Fit?
