Job Requirements • Schedules service for customers either in person or on the phone to ensure prompt and accurate diagnosis of any problem • Makes repair recommendations and manages the delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations • Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards • Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude, answering any questions and/or directing them to the appropriate person or location • Verifies customer appointments and all relevant customer information (name, VIN, tag number, mileage, etc.) • Arranges service or repair and sets expectations for cost and completion • Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner • 1 year previous experience preferred. • Confident and professional phone manner • Strong computer and Internet skills • Inside sales experience is a plus • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results Benefits • Clean, professional and fun work environment • Paid vacation and personal time • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance • 401k Plan • Health Savings Account • Discounted gym membership • General Motors Dealership Employee Pricing Richard Chevrolet is an equal opportunity employer.
