You'll be cleaning up, helping machine operators, and building and putting together mats when needed. THIS IS AN HOURLY POSITION Key Responsibilities: - Move around the mill to fill in various roles as needed. - Assist machine operators by providing support and ensuring smooth operations. - Clean up work areas to maintain a safe and tidy environment. - Build and assemble mats as required. - Adapt to different tasks and responsibilities as assigned. - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient mill operations. - Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Position Offers:  Is paid Hourly, approx 60 hours a week with overtime pay. Willing to work in hot and cold temperatures as needed.  Arrive for work on time and ready to work with all required PPE  The ability to use a cellphone only during shifts, in an emergency, or on break time away from the production environment.  Willing to learn and work well with others.
