No automotive sales experience is preferred. We will teach you the automotive business from the ground up through paid training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on experience. What You'll Do As an Auto Sales Trainee, you'll learn every aspect of the automotive sales process while working alongside an experienced team. You'll learn how to: • Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience • Learn and present Mazda vehicles, features, and technology • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives • Understand customer needs and help them find the right vehicle • Develop strong communication and sales skills • Work with customers from the initial conversation through delivery • Learn the fundamentals of automotive sales and finance • Follow proven sales processes and dealership systems • Work as part of a team to achieve individual and company goals • Develop the skills needed to advance into future opportunities What We're Looking For We are looking for people with potential, not necessarily people with automotive experience.
