Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Valet to join our team at Kelly Volkswagen Inc! The right candidate has excellent driving skills and a clean Motor Vehicle Record. The day-to-day duties of this role include transporting customers, providing excellent customer service, and monitoring shuttle vehicle maintenance. Benefits • Competitive Pay • Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical and Dental on Day 1 of Employment • 401K after 90 days • Vacation Time • Paid Time Off • Sick Time • Paid Training • Career Advancement Opportunities Responsibilities • Transport customers to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner • Assist passengers in and out of shuttle while keeping a timely shuttle route without delays • Monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance and fuel • Run errands for the dealership as directed • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times • Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, abide by all traffic regulations • Operate radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service according to traffic regulations • Maintain a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point • Notify service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance Qualifications • High School graduate or equivalent • Excellent driving skills and clean Motor Vehicle Record • Good interpersonal skills • Consistent record of achieving or over-achieving goals • Extraordinary communication skills and superior customer service skills • Professional appearance and work ethic • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Positive outlook with a high-energy personality About Us: The Kelly Automotive Group is a family owned and operated dealership group that was founded in 1965.
