Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Sales Associate to join the team at Camelback Subaru Volkswagen located in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-time individual contributor sales role with a competitive base salary plus commission structure. Responsibilities: • Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and discuss various automotive models and features. • Answer customer questions about vehicles and services. • Utilize customer relationship management software (CRM) to track customer interactions and sales deals. • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a friendly and thorough sales process. • Liaise with customers after a sale has been consummated to ensure a positive customer experience. • Foster relationships with customers to ensure future sales. • Achieve sales goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment. • Use automotive knowledge and sales techniques to provide outstanding service and close deals. Requirements: • Fluency in both English and Spanish. • Proven customer service skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
