Job Details: Job Location: Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Gastonia, NC, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: Not Specified, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Day Shift, Job Category: Automotive, Job Responsibilities: The purpose of this position is to be paired with a full-service Mobile Technician as a daily coordinator. Each morning review requested work list and create a plan for technicians’ workday. Accompany technician to work locations, generate all repair orders through Reynolds One-Step with appropriate repair lines. Using Autopoint, perform each multi-point inspection for the vehicles at that location while technician is working on the first vehicle. After MPI’s are complete, needs to communicate with customer about anything that was found during initial check over. Assist technician by performing minor repairs, assisting with larger repairs. With certain accounts, this will involve being at one location all day. In other situations, there may be multiple locations to service. If there are multiple locations this person will ensure the technician is on schedule, then transition to the next location to begin the process again. Primary job role will be to keep the technician busy all day, and will work to maximize efficiency of the mobile team. Communicate consistently with service advisor at the dealership to convey any information the is important to properly bill and invoice repair work. Communicate with advisor to proactively plan work ahead for our accounts.
