Job Summary Shively Motors is seeking an experienced Sales / Finance Manager to lead and manage the sales team in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. The Sales Manager will report directly to the Ownership (President and Vice President) and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process, including setting and achieving sales goals, growing customer retention and relationships, pricing, market research, and training and developing staff. Compensation & Benefits This is a full time, salary plus commission role with competitive pay and excellent benefits package, including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation, and 401K plan.
