TDR Auto Plaza is seeking a skilled and motivated Used Car Technician to help ensure our pre-owned inventory meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability. Responsibilities • Perform inspections on used vehicle inventory. • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns. • Complete reconditioning and repair work efficiently and accurately. • Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, brakes, tires, and fluid services. • Perform safety inspections and ensure vehicles meet dealership standards. • Document repairs and recommendations clearly. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications • Previous automotive technician experience required. • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. • Knowledge of domestic and import vehicle systems. • Ability to perform repairs independently and efficiently. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • NYS Inspector License preferred (if applicable). • ASE certifications are a plus but not required. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment.
