We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and values professionalism, teamwork, and precision. Key Responsibilities: • Draft and prepare pleadings, disclosures, discovery requests, subpoenas, and court filings in compliance with Utah Rules of Civil Procedure. • Manage case calendars, deadlines, and client communication. • Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and hearing materials. • Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. • Support attorneys in all aspects of case preparation, settlement, and trial.
