YOUR IMPACT As a core part of our in-store experience, you will: Elevate the Guest Experience Welcome every guest with warmth and enthusiasm Capture guest emails and share information about Sprinkle Points Assist at the register with upselling and packing orders Contribute to a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere Blend & Create Products Craft custom body butters and fragrance mister sprays at our Blending Bar Learn and follow our signature blending and packaging standards Keep the Blending Bar stocked, sanitary, and guest-ready Support Operations Restock and maintain inventory levels throughout the day Receive and organize shipments Assist with store cleaning, organization, and visual presentation Qualifications: WHO YOU ARE You’re energetic, detail-oriented, and love helping people.
