If you have worked in retail, hospitality, athletics, customer service, or another people-focused role, you may already have the skills needed to succeed in automotive sales. Bowen Scarff Ford is building a small, high-performance sales team. We intentionally keep our staff to 10 salespeople or fewer so each team member has a real opportunity to succeed. You will: • Meet customers in the showroom and on the lot • Handle inbound phone calls • Respond to internet leads • Send personalized video messages to customers • Guide buyers through the vehicle purchase process You should be comfortable starting conversations with new people every day and communicating on video.
