We are seeking a Sales Manager who can lead from the showroom floor while continuing to drive personal sales performance.  As a Sales Manager, you will be a hands-on sales leader responsible for coaching and developing the sales team, helping close opportunities, driving accountability, and partnering with the Store Manager to achieve store goals.  We believe in promoting from within and developing leaders for long-term careers, with opportunities to take on greater leadership responsibilities based on performance, leadership ability, and business needs.  You’ll continue to earn through your personal sales while receiving an additional $300 per week for your leadership responsibilities.  About Us  Ashley Furniture is part of Regency Management Services, which operates 75+ locations across Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.
