Our success is built on doing the right thing, fostering open communication, meeting commitments, and creating a respectful, improvement-focused workplace.    Duties/Responsibilities:  As an Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate, you’ll play a vital role in our operations, including:  Operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment such as washers, thermal deburr machines, or assembly equipment.  Assisting with assembly, inspection, and quality assurance.  Following detailed work instructions to ensure precision and accuracy.  Collaborating with team members to meet production goals.  Keeping your workspace organized and safe.    Required Skills/Abilities:   A positive attitude.  A strong work ethic and attention to detail.  Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.    Education and Experience:  Prior manufacturing experience is not required but is a bonus.  A GED, high school diploma, or equivalent (technical training is a plus).    Physical Requirements:  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, feel/reach with hands/arms, talk, and hear.     The employee frequently is required to sit and walk. The employee is occasionally required to bend and stop, grab, push and pull, reach above shoulder level, kneel, squat, or crouch.
