What You'll Do You'll be a key part of our patient experience — greeting people, prepping them for exams, conducting pre-tests, and ensuring that every patient has a great experience. No two days look exactly alike. Some key job duties include: • Use diagnostic equipment and perform preliminary testing • Prepare patients for their eye exams by performing medical history intake • Guide patients through their visit with warmth and professionalism • Keep patient records accurate and up to date • Assist with various in-office procedures that ensure organized and efficient patient flow What We're Looking For • Friendly, people-first personality • Detail-oriented and organized under pressure • Team player who is dependable and takes ownership • Prior optometry or medical office experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person Why VisionFirst Is Different We are locally operated, but also employee-owned.
