We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to lead daily operations within our Distribution Center and help drive efficiency, accuracy, safety, and exceptional customer service. What You'll Do As the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Distribution Center, including: Leading and developing a team of up to 25 warehouse employees, team leaders, and group leaders Managing outbound order fulfillment, picking, staging, and shipping activities Overseeing inbound receiving, inspection, verification, and put-away processes Coordinating inventory transfers between warehouse locations Managing customer returns and inventory accuracy initiatives Supervising cycle count programs and inventory control processes Supporting e-commerce order fulfillment operations Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer service Collaborating with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Transportation, and other departments to ensure smooth operations Monitoring department performance and proactively addressing operational challenges Qualifications: a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will bring: Associate degree in Business Logistics or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or distribution experience Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience within a warehouse environment Forklift certification Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting Commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
