Responsibilities • 1 on 1 Care • Trach & Vent, Male Adult • M-F 7-3p • Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses • Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed orders • Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and progress • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation • Assist with examinations, procedures, and patient education • Support patients and families by addressing concerns and explaining care plans • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment • Uphold all infection control, safety, and quality standards Qualifications • Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of California • Current BLS/CPR certification (required) • 1+ years of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply!) • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills • Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented Benefits • Advance Specialty Care North, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
