Responsibilities • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. • Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting key features and benefits. • Negotiate sales terms and handle paperwork efficiently to close deals. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and financing options. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. • Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals. • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Requirements • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and closing abilities. • Ability to learn and effectively present technical vehicle information. • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
