You'll document the damage, write a clear estimate, and keep customers updated until their vehicle is ready. Responsibilities • Greet customers • Gather customer and vehicle information • Document vehicle damage • Write complete, accurate labor and parts estimates • Set follow-up times with customers • Track each vehicle's repair progress and keep customers updated • Reconcile the final invoice to the repair order (RO) • Explain the work performed and the charges to customers Qualifications • Integrity, a team-player attitude, and drive • Results-oriented • Clear communication in person, by phone, and by email • Willingness to learn our service process and software • Strong organization and time management How to apply Click Apply.
