Responsibilities may include the following: • Reconcile and post daily deposits to the general ledger. • Accounts Receivable- generate monthly statements and receipt payments. • Maintain and reconcile accounting schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. • Knowledge of title work/registration process would be helpful • Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned, to include light filing. • Stocking New and Used vehicles • General Automotive Accounting knowledge Accounting Requirements: • Basic accounting background • Minimum 1 year of automotive accounting experience • Be able to work quickly and efficiently • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team
