ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY  A strong knowledge or willingness to learn craft beer. • Educating and assisting guests with food and drinks • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service • Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment • Keep the bar area up to standards in compliance of the local health department • Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift • Mix all drinks based on the serving size outlined in the recipe books • Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar, and in the dining room, always satisfied • Responsible for all opening and closing side work as well as ongoing side work Tangled Roots participates in E-Verify and will conduct employment eligibility verification checks on new hires after a job offer is accepted, in accordance with the Federal Law.
