Typical responsibilities include: • Greeting customers as they arrive and directing them to the appropriate sales or service staff. • Coordinating the scheduling and preparation of new vehicle deliveries. • Inspecting vehicles before delivery to ensure they are clean, fueled, and ready. • Explaining vehicle features, controls, infotainment systems, and basic maintenance to new owners. • Pairing customers' phones with the vehicle's Bluetooth and helping set up technology features. • Completing delivery paperwork and ensuring all required documents are signed. • Following up with customers after delivery to answer questions and ensure satisfaction. • Working closely with the sales, finance, service, and detailing departments to ensure a smooth delivery process.
