Position Details Employment Type: Full-time (30+ hours per week) Schedule: 12:30pm – 8:30pm, with every other weekend required Pay: Starting at $14.00/hour plus shift differential Perks: Free meals provided on every shift Key Responsibilities Assist the cook with meal preparation and service Prepare beverages, cereals, breads, salads, and desserts according to menu plans and dietary needs Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all dietary areas, including dishwashing and storage Set up carts, dining areas, and staff dining room for meal service Follow oral and written instructions, including recipes and meal orders Handle and store food safely, label and date leftovers, and replenish supplies Attend training classes and implement new skills as needed Interact positively with residents, family members, and staff Follow all health, safety, and facility policies and procedures Qualifications Some high school coursework, diploma, or GED preferred Experience in food service is a plus but not required – we provide on-the-job training!
