Expectations: • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an automotive service writer. • Proficient in automotive service procedures, manufacturer KPI scoring requirements, and terminology. • Ability to exceed monthly goals set by management and contribute to the team's success. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting customer relationships. • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. • Commitment to following all store processes and exceeding manufacturer KPI scoring requirements.
