This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and wants to grow within the automotive industry. Responsibilities • Assist retail customers and service technicians with parts inquiries and purchases • Manage the parts sales process from start to finish • Locate and source parts through vendors and suppliers when inventory is unavailable • Process customer special orders and ensure accurate order fulfillment • Communicate with customers regarding parts availability, pricing, and order status • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization • Work closely with the Parts Manager and Service Department to meet customer needs • Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and urgency • Follow company safety procedures and dealership policies • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local automotive regulations Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required • Automotive parts experience is a plus, but not required • Customer service or retail experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Basic computer proficiency preferred • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy Physical Requirements • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the workday • Frequent computer use and phone communication • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds If you are looking for an opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that values growth, development, and teamwork, we encourage you to apply today.
