Capital Ford of Lillington is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering quality repairs and exceptional service. What You'll Be Doing • Perform repairs and maintenance specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards. • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. • Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems to identify concerns and verify repairs. • Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs or services needed. • Provide accurate estimates of the time required for additional repairs. • Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Perform other duties as assigned.
