WHO YOU'LL DO We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Parking Facilities Custodian to help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and overall condition of our parking facilities. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, recognizes when something needs attention, and can work independently to get the job done. From routine cleaning and preventative upkeep to minor repairs and facility improvements, your work will directly contribute to the quality of our operations. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of parking garages, surface lots, stairwells, elevators, and other common areas Perform basic maintenance and first-level troubleshooting on gates, arms, and pay equipment, and escalate issues that require additional technical support Perform minor maintenance tasks, including painting, touch-ups, and basic repairs. Handle trash and litter pickup across multiple locations Identify and report damaged equipment, maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or areas requiring additional attention Prioritize work across multiple locations based on operational needs Perform other related duties as assigned WHAT YOU BRING High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Some janitorial, custodial, or maintenance experience preferred Strong customer service and teamwork skills Bonus: mechanical, painting, or pressure washing experience WHAT WE OFFER $18.00 per hour Fixed Schedule Tuesday–Saturday, 12pm-8pm Paid Time Off/Volunteer Time Off After 30 Days Medical, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities for advancement, with a track record of promoting team members into supervisory and management positions WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position involves working primarily outdoors and within parking garages and surface lots, with regular exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, and snow. The role requires extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and other physical activity, often on uneven surfaces and around moving vehicles.
