Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Responsibilities: Craft quality cocktails and serve other beverages Proper drink construction technique and policy adherence Engage with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner Focus on performance, productivity and teamwork for the entirety of the shift, start to finish Communicate to leadership and teammates when help/assistance is needed Demonstrate pour consistency and consistent drink handling skills  Perform bartop maintenance and stocking Maintain a clean work area Demonstrate accurate product knowledge    Physical Requirements: Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours.
