Qualifications: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to communicate effectively with individuals, co-workers and supervisors (verbal and written). Sweep, mops floor, vacuum carpets, washes windows and walls as needed. Clean desks, tables and countertops, empty/clean waste receptacles, clean and disinfect restrooms; replenishes and maintains restroom supplies. Sweep and removes debris from parking lots. Report suspected Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation, Isolation, and Abandonment (ANEIA) immediately as  mandated by state law. May be assigned other duties as needed   SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not directly supervise others.     SKILLS REQUIRED Ability to communicate effectively with individuals, team members, and supervisors (verbal and written). Must possess social discernment to assess and understand other's reactions and behaviors. Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions. High energy, positive and enthusiastic outlook. Self-directed, with strong ability to work independently, and to set and adhere to deadlines. Must encompass professional demeanor.   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Preferred:  High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year verifiable work experience in the custodial field.
