Benefits • Medical & Dental Insurance • Life and Disability Insurance • 401K Plan • Holiday Pay • Get paid weekly • Longevity Bonus • Every other weekend off • Schedule flexibility • Growth Opportunities • Great working environment Responsibilities • Complete extensive training regarding the product line. • Maintain strong knowledge base of all new motorcycle makes and models. • Fit Specialists Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their motorcycle purchase. • Create the best motorcycle-buying experience to make lifelong customers. • Fit Specialists test ride motorcycles to demonstrate features. • Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals. • Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork. • Fit Specialists support online customers through our eSales office. • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
