This position is paid as a draw against commissions. • Medical, dental and vision coverage available after 90 days of continuous, full-time service • Paid time off • Voluntary life insurance, short term disability insurance and critical illness/accident insurance available to qualified team members. • 401k Key Responsibilities and Duties: • Interact with customers in the dealership setting; listening as they communicate their needs and desires for their next new or used vehicle and assisting them in finding what’s right for them. • Work alongside our financing team, facilitating communication, protecting customers’ private information and obtaining the information necessary to create the deal. • Market yourself via word-of-mouth, social media, and networking connections. • Attend sales meetings, set goals and actively work the sales process to meet them. • This position involves actively seeking out customers and walking them through each step of the buying process. It is not a boring desk job! • Saturday availability is required. Qualifications and Skills: • Outgoing personality, willingness to engage with new people in a friendly, courteous fashion • Integrity is key; must be honest, dependable, and prepared to follow all federal, state and local laws and regulations relating to automobile sales. • A current, valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are strongly preferred. • Prior sales experience is nice to have, but not required, if you are willing to learn.
