RESPONSIBILITIES: • Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Collect vehicle receivables • Respond to customer inquiries • Processing trade in payoffs • Service Contract submission and cancellations • Schedule Reconciliation • Wholesales • Any other tasks to be assigned by Contoller REQUIREMENTS: • MUST HAVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
