Responsibilities: • Demonstrate automobiles by explaining features and benefits, and comparing competitive models. • Prospect daily with provided leads – no cold calling! • Maintain consistent rapport with previous customers. • Uphold a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). • Stay updated on product certifications, features, accessories, inventory, and trending technologies. • Overcome objections, negotiate prices, complete sales agreements, and explain warranties and aftermarket products. • Provide sales management information through completion reports. • Attend sales meetings and training sessions. • Follow all company policies and procedures. • Exhibit behaviors consistent with our company values in all interactions.
