Follow recipes and prep lists to ensure consistency. Operate industrial kitchen equipment safely. Maintain sanitation and food safety practices. Assist with inventory and receiving orders. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or similar setting. Culinary degree preferred but not necessary. Strong knife skills and ability to read/scale recipes. ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain). Team player with flexibility for rotating shifts. Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a hot kitchen environment. Why EastView?
